I just made a four minute egg and ate it on a rice cracker with arugula and homemade hummus. Soooooo goot!!!
Four minute egg= the easiest and most delicious thing ever, i’m hooked.
Bring water to a boil (enough water to cover the egg, duh)
Lower an egg with a spoon into the boiling water.
Set a timer for 4 minutes.
Remove egg from water and submerge in cold water to stop from cooking more.
CAREFULLY peel off the shell (take your time, otherwise you will break the white and have a big mess)
Serve with toasted bread, over cooked greens like spinach or kale with some pancetta if you wanna get fancy or just put your face in it like I just did with whatever ingredients are in arms reach, it will not disappoint.
I think these old lockets and pocket watches are so gorgeous. Some have pictures of the owners sweeties inside and they all have beautiful engravings on them. I like to think about the people they belonged to and what they went through with these beautiful pieces on them. I have a beautiful locket bracelet given to me with a picture of my sweetheart inside, it is such a thoughtful thing to give to someone. I like the idea of having a gold protector around the picture of someone I love on me at all times, there’s something nice about looking at a printed image and not a screen displaying one..don’t you agree?
